The 5x5 Artist Residency Program ran from the fall of 2014 to the fall of 2017. With over 50 plus artists featured we provided guests with the opportunity to instantaneously indulge their passions for dining out, drinking, and art, all under one roof. I produced and curated the program. Fulton Market Kitchen offered a unique experience for Chicago’s creative community by juxtaposing modern dining and a rotating curation of artists. Every week a different artist transformed the lounge space into their personal studio, giving FMK’s guests a unique opportunity to learn, engage, and get inspired. The live creation of art served to infuse the dining space with relaxed, creative energy as artists unveiled their methods, which are often hidden behind the scenes.
